I’m a self-taught software engineer and IT director who spent nearly two decades as the only IT professional for a multi-state consumer finance company — architecting a proprietary Loan Management System from scratch and owning every layer: database design, front-end, ACH payment processing, infrastructure, and security.

Before the code, I spent fifteen years as a firefighter and captain and eight as an EMT — work that taught me a disciplined, high-stakes approach to system reliability and incident response. Along the way I founded and scaled City Vape to three locations and roughly 22 employees, then negotiated its sale.

The throughline across all of it is the same: systems that hold under pressure. Right now, that’s CrewHub360 — and I’m channeling 25 years of building real systems for real businesses into it.

Sole IT professional for a multi-state consumer finance operation. Designed and built a proprietary Loan Management System from the ground up (PHP, Python, MySQL, IIS) that ran a $40M+ portfolio across the full customer lifecycle, plus an ACH pipeline compliant with NACHA rules and a customer-facing portal.
